The prices are all inclusive of all Sales and Tourist Taxes ( 13%)
The price also includes use of the facilities on Terra Verde and are independent of the number of guests – up to a maximum of 10
Free Local/ International telephone calls, computer with high speed wireless internet access, baby facilities and a large array of towels (including beach towels) along with linens are also included in the price stated above
Stays of less than 7 nights are accepted but will ecru a cleaning supplement of £65 or $110
Additional nights are charged pro-rata
Discounts offered for periods of 3 weeks or more.
Optional:- Pool Heating: £100($170) Recommended from October - April/May
A security deposit of £100($170) per week is paid with the balance and is refundable.
Note: Water temperatures cannot be guaranteed, as these will vary according to several factors including prevailing weather conditions.
For your addtional peace of mind and security we have an ADT- MONITERED SECURITY ALARM SYSTEM
Note: There are no additional charges for the use of cot, high chair, safe facilities etc.

The above rental charges are inclusive of Electricity (except pool heating), Water, air conditioning, Heating, Local telephone calls, Cable television, use of swimming pool, Computer with high speed wireless internet access, Refuse Collection, Local and state taxes, House Keeping/Cleaning before and after your stay, Maintenance of the gardens and Servicing/Cleaning and Maintenance of the swimming pool throughout your stay along with use of all luxury towels, Linens and all Furniture, Fixtures and Fittings.
ALL OF THE AMENITIES, INCLUDING FULL SIZE HEATED POOL, EXERCISE ROOM, WHIRLPOOL SPA, CYBER CAFÉ, LARGE SUNNING BEACH, SPORTS COURT, BEACH VOLLEYBALL COURT, CHILDREN’S PLAYGROUND, LARGE SCREEN TELEVISION, AND LARGE STOCKED FISHING LAKE ARE ALSO AVAILABLE IN THE PRICE!!!!!
